Make-up Lesson

make-up lessonHave you been applying your make-up the same way for years and want an update? Or, maybe you’ve never worn make-up and you’d like to start? Or perhaps you want to learn ‘mature’ make-up techniques?

Whatever your make-up concerns, a personal make-up lesson will show you how to enhance your face shape and features quickly and confidently.

This is a fantastic fun way to breathe new life into your look.

How it works:

In this lesson you will learn how to apply your make-up quickly, effectively and in the right colours to suit your natural colouring, face and eye shape and personality. You take away a personalised beauty workbook detailing all the make-up advice given to you, plus hints and tips to keep you looking your best.

To ensure that you get to grips with the techniques and applications I show you, you’ll be taken through the make-up application process slowly. I’ll give you time to see exactly how I apply the products and the various shades that will flatter you. There’s plenty of time to discuss different looks or concerns and ask questions and, so that you remember everything, I’ll record all my advice in your personal beauty workbook.

I will use the latest range of Colour Me Beautiful cosmetics for this lesson, which includes shades to flatter a wide range of personal colourings (and these are available to purchase should you wish).  You are also welcome to bring along your own make-up bag so we can check that everything in it works well for you.

A Make-up Lesson will show you:

  • A fast and simple make-up routine
  • Advice on special occasion/evening make-up
  • The range of make-up colours that suit you naturally
  • Application tips for a long-lasting look

Duration: 1 hour
Price: £50
Includes: a personalised beauty workbook

What clients have said:

“Thank you for the make-up lesson.  I feel as though I have learnt a lot and I am enjoying putting that into practice.  I particularly like the “quick and easy” v the “with more time” ideas, as they give me the best options for the time I have available.”

“Thank you so much for the make-up lesson.  I found the tips on how to make my eye make-up and lipstick stay on longer very useful.  Both looked good well into the evening!”

“I found the make-up advice so useful.  Plus, strangely I have had three compliments on my hair this afternoon, which is quite unchanged!  I assume that it has something to do with my make-up making me appear more ‘polished’!  PS: one was from my husband!”
